Our tenant terminated his contract on September 30th, running until December 31st, 2024. The Heavystoned team then decided to move back to their headquarters. The tenant needed two months to move
his belongings out of the house, partly because the moving companies missed deadlines. In mid-November 2024, we ordered a contract for our house for the fiber optic network that had already been
installed in 2021. The tenant used DSL. After waiting for activation since November 2024, we know why the tenant had a DSL connection. The contract cannot be terminated because Deutsche Glasfaser
GmbH has not yet provided any service.
At the same time, we ordered windows for our house from the glazier in our village. After four months, the windows were delivered today. Unfortunately, the delivery person placed the windows in
our neighbor's driveway, so we had to carry the windows to us.
Our house was built in 1960 and has accordingly thick walls and good structural integrity. It is surrounded by 60-year-old trees. That's why we don't have cell reception in our house. Or do we? An inquiry with our cell phone provider revealed that the network south of Munich – Germany's wealthiest region – isn't yet fully developed. So we commute back and forth between our old home and the children's rooms at my in-laws' house to post content every now and then.
Sorry for that.
